Kyle and Ashley helped with tile, counter-tops and flooring choices. We spent weeks (months?) trying to match floors to existing decor. Kyle even came out to the house to advise. We are really happy with the choices and the installation services.

It's all down hill from the sales pitch. Red flag#1: consistently asking 75% down which is unheard of in this industry. Red flag#2: little to no communication throughout the process and no follow through. Red flag #3: shady product ordering and invoices void of detail. Anywhere from a box to a pallet is over ordered on your dime and then hoarded in the back of his warehouse to later be sold again at full price.. such as during the blowout sale running the third to fifth of August. Believe me there's a reason why it's cash only and all sales are final. It's hard to expect a good job when the guys working the hardest aren't taken care of and if they're honest they'll tell you they're not happy working for Wayne's (that is if they're not high on meth). Doesn't pay his installers on time. Pockets a greedy profit margin from installation costs. But his profit margin doesn't end with ripping off the installer.

Waynes Color Center Carpte One was fabulous. The staff was professional and helpful. we got the best flooring we could get on our budget. The flooring was installed in a timely manner and the installer was helpful moving the furniture back upon completion of the job. I couldn't be happier. I recommend this business.
