This poor review is only based on my experience going into their show room to look at tile for a bathroom addition we are doing in our home. We walked around the store for about 5 minutes, but it seemed like 10, because we were the only customers in the store the 4 employees working there completely ignored us. 2 of them were in a lively discussion about some floor covering topic, and the other two at the desks simply wouldn't look up to acknowledge our presence. Beautiful new building and I'm guessing they do good work to be so successful, but we'll be taking our business elsewhere.

Very helpful, great selection of top quality flooring. Definitely going to Benson's when we remodel!

This is not the first time we've gotten carpeting from Benson's. As usual, we got great help and guidance in the showroom, and they ordered samples for us to be sure we got the right carpet. The best part was that they contacted us when our choice was going on sale! Rudy did our installation, and was quick and professional - and did a great job!

Worked with Paula on a remodel in Newport needing carpet and a blind. Since I live out of state, I chose the carpet locally and she was willing to drive and measure for both. The blind color was white so not an issue. The carpet was installed after having to change dates a couple times and she was very understanding of the fact that it was a small window of time to get it done. I so appreciate Paula expertise in making this part of the project so pleasant as there were several other glitches that were challenging. Thank you.

Have worked with Benson's Flooring for years. Always helpful and friendly. Staff goes out of their way to make every project a success. Highly recommended.
