I can't say enough good things about the staff. So helpful and accommodating...they patiently answered every question I had and were so helpful on every level. When I was one tile short of finishing my project they were able to locate a match and cut it for me to size right there and then! Thanks...tile project turned out great and appreciate you help!!

BEST title and hard surface store in Lane County! I visited the showrooms of various other competitors, and these guys are the best hands down. Their service is amazing! They spend the time to show you their inventory and make recommendations because they know all their inventory and various product lines they carry. Obviously I made a handful of trips to this store to pick out the surfaces for kitchen, various bathrooms, mudroom etc. and it didn't matter who waited on me. They all just picked up the ball and knew exactly who I was. And ditto to the comment below about their pricing being transparent. I felt so awkward at the other stores I went to because I'd have to ask how much each piece cost. And let's be honest, price is a big factor when picking out tile. If there was a style I had to have, it is worth paying more for but in general Ceramic Tile Supply had a huge selection for all different price points. And I love their in store displays! Really helps you understand the materials you need for inset soap shower boxes, bull nosing/caping etc. Go here to get the BEST service and fair prices! You won't be disappointed.

They have the most beutiful selection of tile I've ever seen. Very helpful to DIY'ers. They also have several completed displays of tiled project for inspiration.

This is by far the best tile place in Eugene! Yes, there are larger ones that also have carpeting, but this one has a fantastic selection of just tile, with the super expertise to go with it. The store itself, unlike the others, is very open, bright and airy, with walls of windows on three sides, making it very easy to see the actual colors. We went to several tile places before this one and this is the only one that paid serious attention to us, as many of them prefer to deal directly with contractors that send over their customers over walk in customers who are just browsing on their own. We were approached immediately both times by a salesperson who gave us a quick rundown of where to look for what we were considering, and even pulled tiles out for us that he thought matched our ideas. They also have an excellent selection of in-stock tiles, and several bathroom displays, and they are able to quickly look up specs and various sizes. Best part is that nearly every tile in the store has its price marked, a rare find in flooring specialty stores.
