Went in the local Jerry's the other day looking for a replacement mailbox flag. Unfortunately they didn't have the one I needed for my style of mail box. Fortunately their staff went above and beyond to not only contact the manufacturer to secure the part for me. Well done folks.

Huge locally owned hardware store as good as, and in my opinion, better than Home Depot or Lowe's. They have all the Departments including Plumbing, electrical, appliances, flooring, foundations, huge tool section, and a huge lumber yard. If you got transported magically into the store you would have no idea you weren't in a Home Depot or Lowe's. It is huge and they are adding on.

They have all your home improvement needs. The staff is alway friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Everything from flowers to hot water tanks.

I have enjoyed Jerry's and their staff for a decade. While jumping from different jobs and home projects I used them for advice and help along the way. They not only have most of what you need, but the pricing is good and the employees are super knowledgeable and friendly. I'm writing this now because it was just that last good experience I had that pushed me to write this review. I work for a company that has an account with Jerry's and I go there to get supplies frequently. On this occasion, I happened to pick up a jug of stuff that contained bleach in it and it happened to be spilling on my jacket and pants on the way out of the store. I didn't realize it until I was a driving a block away and smelled a strong odor of bleach. I looked down and my brand new jacket was ruined! Out of all the days to wear my new jacket, I had to pick this one. Well Kevin in customer service took care of me without hesitation. Of course he wanted to see the clothing and proof of the cost, (completely reasonable). But he made sure I was compensated for my ruined clothes and he made sure to address the problem in the store. It happened to just be one of those rare occasions that a bottle was damaged. I told him, 1 out of a 1000 was pretty good, considering I must have bought at least 1000 different chemicals from Jerry's. I just love this store. I think I know about half the staff now and I love gleaning experience and information from them because they are more than willing to educate and help me find the right product. I highly recommend this store over Home Depot and Lowe's any day.
