I have no clue why there is bad reviews for this place. I have worked in construction for over twenty years and have dealt with all kinds of suppliers. I can honestly say the team at this store (specifically Thomas and Shawn) have provided the best service and experience I have ever received from a supplier. They are knowledgeable, honest, and extremely helpful. Their prices are the most competitive I have found in the area and you get better products for the money. I'm guessing with some of the other reviews that the people bought the absolute cheapest materials and didn't install it to spec which would produce the results they got. You can't blame a supplier for that. I would definitely recommend this team to assist with your flooring needs.

Really bad customer service, they came to measure my house. Made an appointment to get the estimate and sales rep was not at store. We waited almost one hour with no service. We were ready to get the floors and start the project. Now, I am not so sure about this place. Sounds good in their promo, but their service is awful. Other people wonder why bad reviews, it because they deliver REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! The guy who came to get the measures was nice and punctual, he got the 1 star in the review.

Better service than professional contractors. The is the second time we have dealt with lumber Liquidators because the first experience was so good. We had a new house built and were unsatisfied the flooring outfit our general contractor recommended. We went to lumber liquidators in Salem OR and are glad we did. The whole crew there was great, especially the manager (Thomas). The way to tell how good an outfit is ...... is if something goes wrong and how that mistake is handled. We got a bad batch of wood. They agreed to replace it immediately or choose a higher grade flooring at minimal cost. The upgraded floor was installed very quickly and EVERYONE that sees the new house comments on how beautiful it is. The price and quality of the flooring was better than that of the flooring outfit suggested by the general contractor and the installation was top notch. The Salem Lumber Liquidators deals with an expert installation service. They answer to LL if anything is wrong. They have dealt with LL for quite a while which means they do good work. Could not be more pleased. Thank you Thomas and crew.

The men (yes sadly all men) that work there are overscheduled and overtly complain about it to their customers- to me this is a sign of poor management. Throughout my experience, I have waited for multiple 20 minute periods in the store, put on hold for 15 min. and hung up on, not called back when promised... just like any contractor, you need to harass them to get what you want because unfortunately more clients is more money. If you're a 'take matters into your own hands' type of person and can do a little work yourself LL is great. If you have a full time job working with them is stressful. My experience was rushed and I always felt like I was inconveniencing someone when I had a question. I'm sure the employees are great people, they are friendly enough, but they are pushed to unacceptable limits. Hire more people (preferably a bit more diverse).

Staff was experienced and helpful. On delivery day the driver was running late and the store's employee stayed an hour late for the driver to pick up. Recieved flooring because of the customer service
