We had a fabulous experience with The Floor Store! Jay was an awesome salesperson over what turned out to be a 2 year decision process. He was helpful, friendly, and spent a lot of time attending to our questions and needs. Once the install was scheduled, we had an amazing team of three of the best contractors we’ve ever had working in our house, and we have had a LOT over 22 years. Do not hesitate to use The Floor Store for your flooring and carpeting needs. You will be glad you did!

From Mike Foster in sales, to estimator Robert, and Brian Phillips as the vinyl installer, it was a smooth process. I had the entire house refloored and it could not have gone better. Price was slightly higher than my other estimate but was worth it. A special thanks to Brian who did a meticulous job and cleaned up thoroughly, not to mention he is a nice guy! Thanks to all, I highly recommend The Floor Store!

Good guys. Had carpet installed at our house and they did a great job.. I bet they get a goofy review once in awhile for lacking a thorough vacuuming, but I"m not petty like that. Very nice tight work.

I was not happy with the service I received. I ordered the carpet and was asked to pay a down payment and was told the installers(I hired my own company) could pick up the carpet. When the installers appeared at the warehouse, they were told they knew nothing about the carpet. It was 8:00 in the morning and since no one was available who knew anything about it, they had to come back the following day. When I called the office, I was told I had to have paid the final installment before they would release the carpet. That was the first I'd been told about that. I easily could have given a credit card over the phone anytime before the carpet was to be picked up. Now the installer is charging me $108. for the time his men wasted. Very unprofessional and I would never do business with you again.

This was the third project completed with the help of the Floor Store. Projects were handled professionally and quickly. Brian our installer was wonderful, and checked on everything each step of the way. Fit right in to our home and made every effort to stay out of our way and let us live our lives while the floors of the entire house were redone. Would certainly have this company back if the need for more flooring should arise.
