I've written good reviews on Lowe's before. Generally I've had better service from Lowe's than from similar stores. But today was shopping hell in there. It's Easter Sunday. The store is pretty empty of customers. 7 or 8 associates stand around the front of the store doing ZERO while we can't find anyone to help us. The displays have products we want, but the products aren't on the shelf. I finally call cuatomer service on my phone to ask for help. We wait and wait, but still no one comes. We gave up. We had another issue that required help at customer service and that person was very helpful. The man in the door lock area was helpful.

Love this store. Love the staff! I have done a complete remodel everyone has been extra friendly. I gave them a 4 because although the staff they have are friendly, sometimes finding someone to help is impossible!

completely out of my comfort zone going to Lowe' s to get plexiglass for window with a/c unit. Super friendly staff and helped me immediately. In and out with purchase in 10 minutes!

Ordered some river rock online and got the email saying it was ready for pick up but when I got there, the rocks had been sold already. Now I have to make yet another trip for a product that should have been set aside in the 1st place. Over all customer service could have been better as well but I suppose that is subjective.

It was a disappointment. I bought a Lowe's gift card so I want to shop there but they were barely stocked. I couldn't find any help on floor. Then I found 2 Olympics deck stain on clearance but a cashier who charged me full price. I came back to her right before I left the door. She sent me to Customers Services. OMG, I was waiting inline for some mistake wasn't mine. I thought Lowes would be somewhat better than Home Depot. I came from miles away to realize they are all the same. At this rate, I guessed nobody supports local stores and that means Amazon will soon take all.
