In 2015 we remodeled our master bath and decided to use a wood looking tile from Daltile. We had the sample and the type of wood tile was handwritten on the back of the sample - which we ordered. When the tile came, it was different from the sample. Apparently, they had written the wrong tile name on the back of the sample. It took a lot of persuasion to reorder the correct tile. They are rude, stupid, and not customer focused. Don't go there.

We did a project in February of 2015 ended up with too much tile so when we went to return the extra tile we were told they could not do a refund but would give us store credit which was fine because we would be needing tile later either way. I returned to this location in November 2025 and was told at first it had been longer than a year so they would not honor the credit. Once the time had been cleared up it became 90 days. The people at this store are crooks and there are plenty of other tile store in town who like repeat business so I would strongly suggest using someone else.
