This review concerns carpet installation. From the initial visit to the carpet dept (Danielle was very helpful) through the installation itself, the process went smoothly. The installers, Julio and assistant, from NW Extreme Installers, were on time and very careful not to damage our home. (I had read horror stories about damage done so I photographed and video'd all the walls and protected corners, just in case.) We had one 14 ft by 14 ft room to carpet and Julio did it in 2 hours. The carpet looked great. (If there had been a problem, I would not have signed off on the project.) The next day, I received a follow up call from Lowes to ask how everything went and to inform me I had a one year warranty on the labor. If a problem develops, Lowes will arrange for the installers to come out again.

Will never buy from them. Took over two weeks to fix a “brand new Troy Bilt lawnmower” we used it no more than five times last year (2017) and it won’t start this year (2018), we took it in and they “fixed it” plus, they charged me 132 dlls after taxes to pay for the repair. They wipe their butts off with the warranty, they made me wait probably +30 mins in customer service because they couldn’t pull up the order in the database, when actually they have my info, address, phone number, plus i have a credit line with them which i’ll be cancelling once i pay off my balance. This is a evil company that doesn’t care about their customers. They’re a ripoff ⚠️BEWARE⚠️

A cesspool of disappointing, frustrating, and poor customer service. Mike - an assistant manager - is refusing to take responsibility for an expensive washing machine that I purchased at Lowe's that is not functioning. The machine was inspected and serviced by a certified LG technician, who stated that the unit sustained severe damage; damage that was so extensive that it had to have occurred before purchasing. Despite purchasing the unit brand new along with extended warranty, neither LG or Lowe's is willing to take responsibility for the damaged unit. This has left me without a functioning washing machine for now 3 months along with damaged flooring. Every time I call to resolve the issue, I am told that they will call me back with a solution only to still not have a functioning washing machine 3 months later. The customer service and their respective ability and willingness to assist their customers is non-existent. Be warned - if you must purchase from this store, hope that whatever you purchased is not faulty. If it is faulty, you will be stuck with it simply because this Lowe's will refuse to take any responsibility.
