Talk about feeling lost. We have a budget. We have ideas. We came in excited to start our remodel. One of the reps offers to help. We give him our thoughts and he proceeds to speed through our questions. It was like we were bothering him. Maybe we aren't a huge account, but our time and questions are valid. I will spend my money where they take the time to help with our needs.

We at Pyramid Homes have worked with Contract furnishings mart for over 20 years, specifically with Erika Secrist and Doug the manager, we have sent over 400 customers there to be taken care of by them. Erika always found a way to set them at ease and layout many options for them to choose from. She has patience and experience in the home hard surface decorating field and the customer always comes away with a feeling of excitement, content and an overall satisfaction there making the right choices. Because as we know, once there installed, there permanent. Also we and our clients have worked with Jennifer and Carol many times when Erika was busy or out and they too had the same very caring and knowledgeable way about them. Everyone at CFM has been great to work with, both in the showroom and in the warehouse. They consistently go the extra mile. One example: I showed up about 15 minutes after the warehouse closed one Friday, and Doug was still shutting down. Though he didn’t have to, he reopened for me to get the supplies I needed to keep my guys working the next morning.
