Good experience at Home Depot. Everything went smooth this shopping visit. Staff was friendly and helpful. Showed me to the sections I needed to be to find my items. It was Monday morning and not busy at all. I recommend this Home Depot.

I always wish that I had been patient and shopped on-line, I think I could get better products for less. It's hard to find things here, and help is rare. I was particularly disappointed in their tiny selection of garden tools. Decided to go to a nursery and ended up with a much better product. There wood is always warped and banged up, I recommend inspecting each piece.

I love this Home Depot Kennewick! The staff is delightful, happy and always there to be of service. If someone doesn't know the answer to my question they are quick to find someone that does. They don't just tell me where to find something they actually walk me to the location where the item or items are found...they always ask if there is anything else I need. We will continue to patronize this store location for all of our Home improvement needs. :) Toni

I like Home Depot because they have clean stores and are usually in stock. Prices are higher than ordering online so convenience is a factor.

Looking for PVC pipe and they had a big selection. The thing that bothered me was how expensive each Individual piece was. I needed 4 different pieces and my total was ridiculous. They charge way more than I've seen at other places. For the same thing. Just because it's from home depot doesn't make it better quality. #realitycheck
