Prices are way out of line. Triple the price of the other 2 dealers in town and nothing in stock with long delivery times

We have a rental and had a super small amount of time to do repairs between renters. Mindy went absolutely above and beyond to accommodate a super rush job. Prices were very reasonable. I'll be back again!!

We wanted to do business with this mom & pop store. They lent us floor samples and we got some samples from Lincoln City Flooring as well. We decided on one floor from each store. Mindy had mentioned that they would be happy to measure for us. When I was ready to order, I called her and asked if she could measure as I was ready to order. I explained that I would be getting flooring from both stores. Mindy had mentioned that her store and Lincoln City Flooring had a friendly competition and they refer back and forth, so I asked if she could measure for both floors while she was out there. She said that she would not give me the amount I needed, so that I could shop prices and she would not measure for the other company. I said fine and called Lincoln City Flooring who went right out and measured for both stores. I called back Mindy and gave her the numbers so that the flooring would be ordered. When I got a call from Lincoln City Flooring that my flooring had arrived, I called Mindy to find out when my other flooring would be in, as I had a guy coming to install. She said she couldn't find where the order had been placed and she would look in our LLC's name and get back to me. Hours later I called again stating that I really needed to get the flooring ordered. She brushed me off and said that she had been with customers, and would look for the order. Another hour later, she called and said that she had found the order and she couldn't make out the last didgit on my zip code so she hadn't placed the order. When she reviewed the order with me, it was WAY to many boxes of product. I told her I really needed her to come and measure for herself and get the order in. She said that she had really dropped the ball and felt bad about it and she would redeem herself. They left for the day and didn't get back to me. I called and left a message that I really need to get the flooring ordered and if they couldn't get out and measure by the next morning I would need to go elsewhere. Mindy called me back within the hour, and said they were going to have to lose the sale. Much Ado About Nothing! By the way I was really nice throughout the whole situation. I don't understand how they stay in business.
