I should have written this review almost 5 years ago but needed to call Rodney again for another job and realized that my floors are still looking AMAZING after all this time and there is plenty of traffic on our floors. Rodney is great at what he does and very professional. That is why I am calling him again.

We were VERY pleased with both the service and the end result of our wet screen with Mr. Sandless in Southern Oregon. We considered having the floors sanded, but it was 4-5x the price, and we had to be out of the house for a week while it was done (just not doable with 8 kids during summer vacation!). Mr. Sandless came and completely transformed our old, dull hardwood floors overnight. Rodney was also very professional and friendly, and answered all our questions before and after the service. Very affordable and well done. 5 stars - would recommend!

I just had my dining room, kitchen and entryway done by Mr. Sandless. The floors look absolutely amazing! I took the time to make sure the floors were clean and free of paint as we are doing a major remodel. The floors look like new! Rodney was extremely professional and took the time to do the job right. I will be referring him to my friends and family.

Despite the nice work on the floors, I can't recommend Mr. Sandless of Medford because he ignored my explicit instructions to stay out of my marble-floored bathroom. My contractor caught him cleaning his equipment in my white bathtub (with white subway tile and grout) and had to spend a bunch of time cleaning up after him. Even then, I believe some parts of the bathroom are permanently damaged (without thousands of dollars of repair on the stone, tile and grout). I wasn't living in the house at the time of the work so couldn't supervise, although you'd expect a professional to NOT disregard specific instructions like that. I had to tell him that because he also was sloppy in the upstairs bathroom (a previous project; for the price and result I gave him another chance). He also cleaned his equipment upstairs and stained the grout there too. Suppose I should have known better. If he can be closely supervised, I'd say go for it. Otherwise, he can't be trusted to treat your home carefully or follow directions. Very disappointing, since he seemed like a nice person and the result was satisfactory.

I really thought the floors would look so good, should have paid a little more and had them sanded. Scratches all still there, paint specks. The floor is old and still looks it
