The entire experience with TCS, who is solely responsible for our warranty, was probably one of the least professional, least cordial and least honest businesses I've dealt with, especially with the Owner of TCS. Below I will go through, one by one, the BBB code as per the examples of absolute unprofessional, unethical and moral deficiencies of this company’s business practice. BUILD TRUST: Absolutely did not build trust with us. Yelling during a negotiation, asking us if we were calling his employee a liar in an aggressive loud tone; completely unprofessional and terrible salesmanship. ADVERTISE HONESTLY: N/A TELL THE TRUTH: TCS was not telling us the truth about cost, Sq footage of the house or why they wouldn’t tell us the actual cost of the carpet per sq ft BE TRANSPARENT: Again, wasn’t transparent about cost, footage or other unanswered questions. HONOR PROMISES: Did not honor the no cost to the 8 lbs pad BE RESPONSIVE: We were given times when they would get back to us, however, every time we had to ask where the information was we’ve asked for days after the deadlines. SAFEGUARD PRIVACY: N/A EMBODY INTEGRITY: Absolute failure on all parts. Never keeping to their word. Telling us it didn’t matter what the employee said, it’s what the owner Roger says.

I have known the Owner of TCS Contract for almost 7 years now and Mr. Lutz comments couldn't be less accurate.. Roger is more than fair and if anything tends to go the other way in handling situations - in that he goes above and beyond cover things he doesn't even have to cover, all in an effort to please the customer. The philosophy at TCS is and always has been customer service, which is proven effective, as the company has been around since the 1970's. The negative side of these "Google Reviews" is that apparently you can say anything you please whether it be the truth or not and it is a shame that a person can defame another without consequence.

I have used TCS for a few jobs and have had zero problems with them. Shane was a great person to work with and was very professional. I find their pricing to be reasonable.

We've used TCS for commercial carpeting in offices for years and had great service with reasonable prices. So we decided to use them for new wood flooring, granite counter tops and tile in the remodel of our kitchen and master bath. We are extremely pleased with their pricing and the help they provided us during the very time consuming selection process for the granite and tile. The quality of their finished granite counter tops, the wood flooring and the tile work is absolutely exceptional.
