Extremely disappointed. Went and paid for the 25 cent pavers and was going to pick them up later in the evening. First our order was not found when they were being picked up, the lady at the service desk never put a last name on the order after we confermed how to spell the name multiple times, thankfully the receipt was handy. Then she failed to say that they were on back order, so it was pointless to rush over from working in sun river all day to pick them up after being paid for. There were 4 bags of soil that were ordered with it. Was told by another employee that it was a will call and the order would be ready to picked up, it was not. After looking at the looking the pick up confirmation the wrong brick was ordered. Very frustrating!!! Will Not Be Going Back, Lowe's just gained another frequent coustomer.

Everything I need is here. We just moved here from the valley. Used to shop the OC store. Loved it too. Polite, knowledgeable crew in Redmond. Just joined their team.

Home Depot's been part of my life for so long now there's nothing you can really say except why is it that when you really really need someone there's nobody around and when you don't need anybody there's a hundred people LOL

Ok selection, very busy for the few staff they employ, so allow alot of extra time if you have to ask for help, but if you are buying lumber bring your own help, after many visits to buy lumber, no assistance even after waiting an hour, best to bring your own assistance and source your own info

I don't often choose to shop here over Lowes based off of my experience. The bend location seems to be better managed. This location is quite often a ghost town with very few people shopping here. As a result many of the staff do not seem to have anything to do to occupy their time and there is always a large amount of staff hanging around the front of the store. I needed assistance finding a tool but the group of 12 workers hanging out could not advise me where the tool I needed was located nor were willing to walk me to the correct department. After sometime of searching for what I needed I decided to to look up the sku for the item I wanted on the website came back to the check stand and asked them to go find it for me 30 mins later I was on my way. I have always liked home depot in the dozen places I have lived my take is that this location just doesn't get enough business to keep there staff busy enough to be knowledgeable about their own store.
