We contracted this company to come and install a granite countertop in our kitchen. They were extremely nice and helpful. We picked out the piece we wanted, but it was a "remnant" piece, so we had to purchase the whole thing, which was fine with us because we wanted the extra piece that was going to be cut off anyway! We also wanted the cut out from the sink. We were promised that we would be given these pieces when we purchased the granite. When the guy came out to get a template for the granite, we reminded them that we wanted the leftover pieces. Well, when they came with our countertop they didn't bring the leftover pieces that we PAID FOR. They assured us that it was no problem, we could just pick them up at the Coos Bay Office the next week. We show up the next week, no granite, so they leave a message with the owner. This shenanigan continues over the course of 8 MONTHS. I finally get the number for the owner, Scott, who tells us that our granite pieces have been lost, but promises to give us a similar size and color pieces to make up for it. 2 months later, still nothing. at 10 MONTHS after all these false promises, I demanded the owner refund us for the granite that we paid for and did not receive. I didn't ask for a refund on the labor or the installed granite, just the pieces that we paid for and didn't receive. He promised he would put a check in the mail the next week. It has now been 2 months after that, so a full YEAR after we had the counter top installed, haven't heard a peep from them. BEWARE!! This company will STEAL FROM YOU!

Casa Bella Interiors completed our kitchen remodel on a very timely basis. Their cost estimates were right on, and their installers were great. Every single detail was handled by their very knowledgeable and caring staff. We couldn't be happier with our new kitchen. We also had new flooring installed in the kitchen and living area. The new floor install was done very quickly, but they still took the time to do it right. I highly recommend Casa Bella Interiors, I would never use anyone else.

I work here. Never had a better place of employment

This company was highly recommended by another business. They came right out and did my estimate. I agreed to let them do the work. Work was to start in a few weeks. They said it would take only a week or maybe 8 days....I paid the job in full as requested...(Big mistake) Work started, but it took 3 weeks to complete instead of 1 week. During the process of work we got the wrong trim in both the living room and kitchen. Big lack of communication?? Anyways, after the work was finished I was a little unhappy.... a. 20 year warranty instead of lifetime as agreed b. Flaws on 2 pieces of vinyl in kitchen...Factory flaws..Shouldn't have been used c. No copies of any type of warranty d. Holes in kitchen walls and BIG gouge in entryway closet door e. Where was the leftover vinyl and trim....I know there was leftovers because I can measure too. f. No follow-up by owner of business The floor was laid good and the bathroom work was excellent. But mistakes should have been fixed and leftover materials that were paid for should have been handed over to me or refunded the difference. This is a lesson learned by me.... Trusting a business and following through tells me a lot about the integrity of this business. I never got two estimates because I trusted someone. I had intentions of letting this company do the other rooms in my home BUT it isn't going to happen.... Lesson Learned!!
