Sold us "flooring" so soft you can't live on it. Spent big bucks and many days installing 1200 sq ft in the home I plan to retire in . . . now I'm stuck with an ugly dented floor that I notice every step I take. Offered to install my leftovers in one of their homes for a little test . . . no takers.

Wood quality, price, and selection is far better than you'll find at a big box store for sure. When I need a slab or a board foot or two of a simple exotic (purple heart, padauk, teak, etc.) I usually walk out happy. Also been happy with the few doors I've ordered through them over the years. Went back in for some oak/maple boards and was informed they don't cut to length unless you buy the whole board (I asked because they cut exotics to even ft increments). Perfectly reasonable. So I picked my slab and they went back and cut the board up for me to even feet, took maybe 2 minutesfor them to bring the board back and bring my chunks up. Then and only then was I informed that it was a $20 surcharge to cut the already $40 board! Their shop rate sign mentions $80/hr and a minimum of $5.00 on cutting, so I assumed maybe $5 to cut it if anything. Had I known I would have come back with my battery powered jig saw and cut it in half myself my transport. Needless to say I'm not entirely thrilled.

I have a few doors from here and I really like the quality, not happy with the service. The wrong hinges were used, wrong color threshold...we got the refund taken care of, so that's good.
