Gave it two stars because we normally love shopping here but today was a particularly awful experience that warrants attention... My girlfriend and I were in the store to buy a new cordless drill... she had questions about her options and tried to approach the tool dept clerk who was engaged in small talk with a couple of other customers. Not interested in interrupting... she let him know she had questions and stepped aside out of their personal conversation. We were both shocked when the tool dept clerk deliberately avoided us after his conversation walked over to his desk removed his apron and walked away without a word... apparently his break was more important than the $200 sale that walked out the door headed to your competitor... maybe the clerk at Home Depot will be more interested in answering our questions.

There were so many things to look at along with the great sales for Memorial Day, the sales staff was wonderful especially in the paint department it made my shopping great thank you

Both Vancouver area stores are terrific. We were seeking outdoor furnishings and though we had to visit several locations, including Troutdale, across the river from us in Oregon to get what we needed, they were ready to help and load our SUV.

Good service, helpful staff in person, phone service wasn't great though. Wish I could give 4.5 stars. I like the layout of the store. I'll be back! :-) - Andy Davis (owner @HD Plumbing Services)

Today my husband and I went to buy our first outdoor furniture, this lady Ivonne passes by and I ask for help she tells me " You see that guy over there he can help you just stand next to him so he can see you." She wasn't busy at all but did not wanted to help me. I go ask for help to this guy Lance, I told him what I wanted and he ask if I have the information of the item I said no I have couple questions first and wanted to show him the item first. He follows me like he is so tired. We made a quick decision of what we wanted and wanted to be shipped he says I will be right back then comes back and says I need your address like if we knew what he was doing, we could of follow him since the beggining. Then this lady Ivonne again ask for information like address and so, I answer nicely and everything but this two employee were very unrespectful. I ask how long does it take for shipping she says hold on in a rude way ok! Then asked me more questions that of course I wasn't expecting like warranty insurance its my first time buying this items so here we are trying to decide my husband and I and this employees making noises like if we were taking for ever to answer. She asked me if I wanted them assemble I said no but my husband remembers he won't have time to do it himself and I told this lady we change our mind and she goes "now I have to start again" I told her well we are trying to figure out what is best, we also wanted to pay something else and she ask in a rude manner is that everything now? by this time I was getting irritated they were never nice or helpful since the beggining we are paying for all this things we are not asking for free. At the end I went and said to her I don't about you but I have plenty of time, we payed and not even a thank you or have a good day we got just horrible customer service.
