Randall Lee's were very accommodating, working around at tight rental schedule and a challenging floor. They came up with solutions for how to lay the carpet, did the job within the time frame they said and left a beautifully carpeted floor behind. All while I was 250 miles away from the home. Lovely to work with.

I purchased from Randall Lee approximately 1600 square feet of premium bamboo hardwood flooring. Deborah, one of the owners, worked her magic and arranged for an installer to come when I needed the floor but now we are having serious problems. The floor is a floating type -snapped together and laid over a foam like cushion. The first problem was buckling for the wood in the hallways which the installer finally came and fixed but his fix left a 1/2 gap in a closet and a board not snapped together. Now the entire floor in the dining/living room areas is buckling indicating not sufficient space left for expansion at the boarders. Another problem, is the installation of the molding. The miter joints don't match up and in some places, leave gaps from the walls. Another concern is that the owners of Randall Lee's never called to ask how the job went and if I was satisfied. I had to report the problems and even then, after the initial repair- they did not call to ask were the problems corrected. Now I have the same problem but on a larger scale and have notified them and awaiting a response. I sincerely hope they will take an interest in these problems and get them corrected before the first of September,2015 as requested. I hope to post a successful and satisfactory conclusion soon and change my rating to a 5 star.

We had Randall Lee's restetch the carpeting in our Gearhart condominium. Their service technician, Cody Brown, was excellent to work with. He did an outstanding job with the stretching and was so pleasant to work with and be around. The job took most of a day and he helped move furniture when needed. What a difference it had made in the look of the room. Highly recommend using Randall Lee's Flooring.

I had a vertical window covering needing repair. It was purchased a few years ago and the original business no longer operated. I called hoping to solicit a repair person rather than to have to order an entire new covering. Shasta was the person who came to my home and offered to work on the difficult vertical for us. After repeated visits to sort out the problem she managed to repair the entire covering and charged me a minimal amount to do the work. She was superb in her ability and the effort she put out - superior customer service. Randall's is a marvelous business and one I'd do business with again if for no other reason than their wonderful attention to detail, cost and workmanship. I am a fan!

Randall Lee's Floring America is owned and operated by the two of the best people I know. I have purchased many products from them. You get a quality product at best prices possible. They provide excelent customer service. There is an enterior decorator on staff for a reasonable fee who can coordinate for you, if you can't. In my case I am not good with colors. I was helped to figure out what I needed; what color. I have disabilities that need to be brought into consideration and was worked with individually. I endorse this company. I love them and you will too.
