Went to go get a tub and new piping knowing generally what I needed and would have spent a few hours and a few trips to get everything. Toby came along and greeted me asking if I needed help and he proved to bed a great help! Instead of hours spent looking for everything, Toby got me out the door within a few minutes knowing exactly what I needed from the pictures I took of my project. Thanks, Toby, your help was much appreciated!

Sometimes hard to find someone who can help as it is a big store with many departments. Overall it is a good one-stop shop for just about anything you could need to build a house from the ground up or any other project you could undertake. The staff is always friendly and willing to send you in the right direction if they aren't educated on a specific section or project. Probably one of my favorite places to spend money.

Went to the store with measurements for a refrigerator and the appliance representative orders me a fridge (online) - had to wait a week and it comes and is way too big (I asked the rep in the first place if it was too big and he said no)...I had to refuse and reorder. In order for me to reorder I had to spend 30 minutes in the store getting the refund. Then I go back to reorder (after knowing exactly which one I needed) and no one is there to help, even after being paged 2x. By then I just left the store and ordered it myself online. It took another week to get here, then it’s damaged. All caved in on both sides. So I had to refuse a second time. Now I have to wait another week to get a new one. I am so frustrated with Home Depot and always loved this store. It’s the last time I spend money here. I’ve been without a fridge for almost 3 weeks and have had to eat out or go buy food every day to cook. I took the day off from work to be here for delivery both times. And now I have to do it a 3rd time. If the next one isn’t right, I will be canceling and going to Lowe’s. Though the customer service has been nice, they send me to this person and that person, no one did anything to try to expedite the delivery in which I feel they should have at least done. I need more for my home and I’ll be going somewhere else for sure.

Absolutely horrible service. Normally I don't leave bad reviews, but this is the third time i have come here and had to wait 15 minutes to get an employee to talk to me to get assistance after having them walk right past me multiple times, then acting bothered that i asked for help. I'll gladly pay the higher prices at local stores from now on.

I had purchased a towel bar,and the holes did not meet with the glass doors.I came back to the store the next morning with my receipt and no problems credited my account and on my way.Nice! My only suggestion is they do need a better service counter to help customers.I had to go to the kitchen department and ask for someone to help me find the fittings.
