Was very happy with the customer service my boyfriend & I received. We were first time buyers for a brand new washer & the guy was very helpful. Very pleased with the people that delivered as well. Didn’t damage anything & was very easy going with us having an upstairs apartment!

Don't appreciate being tracked where I shop! Turning off Google maps! Map didn't work for me last time I needed it anyway! Lowe's was fine though.

We have been very displeased with our bathroom remodel from Lowe's. The work has been good, but it has taken MUCH longer than they promised, they won't return phone calls, and we are going on 10 months since we paid for it and it is STILL not complete. Buyer beware if you are going to use them for a home improvement project, you may pay out the money and never get your project completed.

The return of a broken item went smooth and easy. Thanks Lowe's! The garden area looked amazing today.

I was trying to buy 7 half way decent 2x4 Studs...I couldn't believe how bad the whole stack was.
