I purchased a mattress here a few months ago. Their prices were better than the big box stores in the valley. Everyone was extremely helpful and professional. Dennis, Chris & Dustin are wonderful! Great customer service and delivery! Thanks guys!

The sales lady made us feel super awkward. She wasn’t professional in her dealings with customers, and she warned us about the people of Tillamook (who have been delightful thus far). Being new to the area, it was not the impression we wanted. As far as the store is concerned, we didn’t get to experience what they had to offer. We are very friendly and personable, but there’s a line that should be drawn. This sales associate kept sharing intimate details of her personal life with us, which made us feel very uncomfortable.

I purchased furniture including sofa, loveseat, ottaman, bedroom suite and 2 mattresses from this place on the 23rd of July 2017. I was promised delivery of everything on the 7th of September 2017 by their General manager Bob Rai. All money was paid in full before the delivery date. On the date of delivery, the loveseat from the sofa set did not show up. Another loveseat for my daughter did not show up either. In calling Bob, he mentioned that it was delayed because the loveseat for the set was damaged and he would make sure I got everything by the 27th of Sept. Housewarming party, my grand-daughters birthday already celebrated, without these being delivered. On the 29th, my son called Bob. After a heated argument, we were promised a delivery for the following week - Oct 2nd week. It is the 14th of October, and our loveseat that has already been paid has not been delivered. Not only that, Bob not once took the initiative to communicate and let us know about any of these delays at all. I received a call from the delivery guy yesterday asking if they could deliver the loveseat around 3pm - when I was at work. I said no. They promised to deliver it today. I asked for the time, they said they will call us. It is around noon on a Saturday, I am waiting for my loveseat to arrive. What a pathetic experience - after spending approximately $7,000 on all of the stuff, this is how you get treated over hear. Definately not shopping here any more or recommending any one. My family and friends know not to go here any more. Unbelievable!!!!!
