5/18 6:00. I had the WORST experience at the 7th st location. I walked into the small store front and was ignored by the rep having a lively phone conversation. After walking through the isles the rep finally got off the phone and after a while barely looking up, said, "You must be lost." Which I presume was his attempt at a joke. "Anyone who walks through the store that quick must be lost." I responded, "either lost or knows exactly what they want and doesn't see it." He didn't follow up with any attempt to discover what I was looking for. So I thanked him (for nothing) and left. I'm looking to replace the floors in my 1900 sqft home with a light ash oak floor. His lost! I'll happily take my sale elsewhere.

I was looking to replace the carpeting in my condo at the beach with hard flooring. Shopped Lowe's, Home Depot, and Lumber Liquidators. Lumber Liquidators had lower prices on better quality flooring. All of my neighbors have wood laminate. I chose Luxury Vinyl Plank -- it's waterproof, click-lock installation. The salespeople were very helpful. My floors look awesome!

I spent over $7000 on Select (the best they make) White Oak 100 Year floor. The Whitehall PA store delivered a mix of 50 year and 100 year floor assuring me that there was no difference - this was a bald face lie. As we started installing the floor we noticed several issue so we called and talked with the store and their installer. He told us to continue installing. After a while more we noticed a pattern: all 50 year floor had a different sheen. Dozens of emails later, a recorded phone call during which a Lumber Liquidator manager confessed that the sheen are different, and months later Lumber Liquidators has refused to make it right. On a side note, when talking to the one of the sales reps about the issue he admitted that corporate often pushes them to sell off old stock. I would strongly recommend not using Lumber Liquidators - their prices are low because they are cheating real customers like me. Unfortunately, I was given this same advice and ignored it - Please do not make that same mistake. The salesperson was knowledgable, recognized my existing flooring from a photo I showed her, and provided two samples to take home for color checks. Parking was pretty easy coming from the north. Enter their lot at the light (Dunkin Donuts), turning left if coming from the south.

Stay away from this location. Good company and installers (subs) but the owners, who run the store, play games and are petty. Go to another LL location or pay more somewhere else. They simply aren't honest people and don't know how to do business.
