Great experience all the way! From the moment I walked into Tom Adams and met the team I knew it was the perfect choice. Bobbi Jo is a great saleswoman. She knows exactly what she is talking about and really helped me envision exactly what I wanted in my house. She and the team helped me get the process going from start to end, where it all ran very smoothly. This place is phenomenal and I will DEFINITELY be returning when I redo the rest of the flooring in my house!

Caleb was an excellent salesman and a very nice person as well. He was professional and courteous at all times. He was also extremely patient as we changed plans many times in trying to make a decision. Caleb maintained excellent communication in a professional and non-intrusive manner. He explained the different windows and very knowledgeable. He was the best salesman we had during the process of reviewing, researching and finally selecting a window, from the 4 +different window companies we met with. Thank you Caleb. We are very excited about our new windows.

2 minutes ago Ordered carpet and flooring, waited over a month and had to chase the salesperson around begging to find out when it would get delivered. Finally gets delivered and in the process they rip thru my cable line which killed my cable for 5 days. Tell them about it. Get an offer for a phone call next day, no call for 2days and a bunch of insincere apologies with no real rush to get the carpet that had to be pulled up, restretched and put back down properly. Until I contacted the BBB then Miraculously they could come out the same day. Finally get it fixed and I'm told they are sorry and would love to make it up with this 'manager discount' I think it over, say ok can you match and do better then lowes price for some carpet in my bedrooms. Get a quick brush off with some mildly snippy response and an offer for some baseball tickets they probably get free. Here's the problem, they have major communication issues regarding installation then get snotty when you complain about it. Then screw up inconvenience me and my family for a week and this is the real world if you're truly sorry show that with a refund, anything really other then just some words, 'I'm sorry' with no action doesn't cut it. And FYI opening a conversation to a CUSTOMER with 'First off...' comes off very aggressive and your apologies after that are not coming thru sincere. Someone might need some classes in empathy and customer relations. I'll save money and the headache and shop elsewhere. They can shove the tickets and their superior attitude where the sun don't shine.

Caleb from Tom Adams, what can I say about my experience with this company, well if I had a nickel for every time I had some salesman come to my house and I actually bought something from them I would have just one nickel. I don't trust people, I never have but there was just something about this Caleb guy that made me want to just give him everything I owed, even give him my son so he can raise him to be like him when he becomes a man. Ok so if Caleb wasn't the guy to just show up at my door that morning, I definitely would not be writing this review or having all these doors and a ton of windows (I still have about 15 more windows that need to get done) installed. So what I'm getting at is if there were more Caleb's in this world then making big home remodeling purchases would not be stressful and would go as smooth as a schwinn. Hope to keep all my home projects with Caleb and Tom Adams for the rest of time.
