Lowrie floors and More is a scam..David Lowrie is a scam. He contracted work on a bathroom. Botched the job. The floor is coming up. He came back because he was paid and admitted the work was botched. Agreed to come back and then could not be contacted. Moved from 203 Livingston Court which he rented and left no forwarding address. He is said to have moved to Texas but who knows nothing about this man spells honesty. Beware Texas!!!

Horrible workmanship. Very unprofessional. DO NOT hire Lowrie Floors & more. In February 2017 my wife and I decided to renovate our Kitchen. David Lowrie Floors was recommended to us by the Tile shop of Montgomeryville PA. My wife and I met with David Lowrie and went over the details of the Job. March 2, 2017 David sent a proposal for the Job via email. After reviewing the Proposal we Hired David to do the job. In June of 2017, I noticed a chip in a tile and a crack in the grout between the tiles. After further inspection I noticed 7 other cracked grout joints and a loose tile. I immediately contacted David advising him of my findings and provided pictures. He did respond telling me he would repair his work. We originally agreed that he would come fix it on Saturday July, 2017. I called and messaged David to find out if he was coming but I received no response. This happened about 4 times through the month of July into the first week of Aug. August 3rd David finally made it to my house. David advised me that it was result of installation error. He also advised me that he Didn't have the man power to make the repairs that day. He was supposed to contact me that night with a date that he was available to come back out. August 21, 2017 I called and messaged David Lowrie asking when he would be available to come out. we agreed on August 31, 2017. David came to my house and spot repaired specific areas. September 19th I notices all the areas that he repaired had caked again plus other areas. I Contacted David Multiple times during the next few days and received no response. David finally messaged me on September 25th advising me that he was sick and he would contact me once he is feeling better. First week of October I called him to fond out the dates he was planing to come make the repairs. David advised me he could come to my house October 9th. David did show up and spent the day scrapping the grout out and reapplying new grout on the entire floor. October 16th I noticed the Grout cracking again. I contacted David again and sent him some pictures. David told me he would have to pull up some tiles to repair the spots. We agreed on Saturday October 28th. David never made it to my house. I called and messaged him over the next few days . He replied via text message once with. "give me 10 call you back" . this never happened. he responded once to an email advising me he was on vacation and wouldnt be back until the middle of Nov. I tried contact him multiple times through December. David did not responded in anyway. After cleaning the floor one night I noticed more areas of grout chipping away. I sent a text message and advised him I would see him in court. Finally David responded with “See you there” I responded with “Any reason you decided to do this ? You could have fixed this“ David responded with “ You said court, now if you text me again its harassment, this in your only warning one more text and I'm at police dept. see you in court“ I have filed all the papers with the court and I’m waiting on the date. I had a reputable tile company come to my house to repair the floor. They advised me that david didn’t “back butter” any tile. Missing this step with large tile can cause tile failure and all of the problems I experience. Davids work is unacceptable and he is very unprofessional. DO NOT hire David Lowrie Floors and more, for any job.
