They don't stand behind their products. Purchased a $400 Weber grill that was missing pieces and put together wrong. Spoke to a condensending and ignorant manager who wanted to give me bolts that didn't even match color of grill, plus I found out later bottom of grill wasn't installed. Called corporate office so understanding, but they had this mgr. call when I specifically didn't want to speak with him again. I just wanted what I paid for. They had to have extra parts in back since grills were not put together correctly. When I went back up to speak with a mgr of that dept. I waited at least a half hour before he came to service desk. The girl at service called at least three times for a manager. I cut my credit card up and went to Home Depot. That is where I bought my Weber grill and it was put together correctly with no missing pieces. I had friends go up and they found other grills not put together correctly. Plus, when I took this grill back to return it, a gentleman was in the parking lot trying to put a grill in his truck and pieces were falling off it.
