Typical Lowe's. Easy access from Route 28. Ample parking. Good selection of hardware, garden supplies and appliances. Well staffed.

Nightmare customer service. Product counts usually off and they send you from store to store to get products that are not in stock. You can tell how little they respect their customer by their staff available to help. And have you noticed the bags they put your products in, too small and they rip.

Bought an exterior door from this Lowe’s 4500.00 with install. Third party installer called to setup a date for install. Time came for install Pittsburgh Mills Lowe’s call to drop off order day before . Only got door lock set with delivery. Next day installer came to install door but no door was delivered so he left us with no door and no real answer on what’s happening. So, I called to talk to the manager on duty. She had no answer for my questions and told me that the install manager would call me. A week later and no call and no answer on my door. Great job Lowe’s. I would recommend never using them, They Do Not Care. Give me a refund on my door!

Just left there without what I needed . Associate Brent gave me such a terrible attitude after asking for help I had to leave. Customer service is absolutely awful.... I hope management sees this and address this problem

The manager Scott sucks as well as his assistant manager. The workers there are so bad and have no idea what there jobs are, have no idea what their doing. Lies and can't tell you what the difference between two items. You ask for a person and they lie to you about them not working there. It ashamed that people can go about there day treating people like this. I would rather shop somewhere else. How this guy is still a manager I will never know, but I will tell you this he sucks the big on. Worst lowes ever, then again it's the mills mall that place should not exist..... You sir, suck at your job Scott you should quit
