We just placed our order for new carpet with James Murphy last evening. I looked elsewhere, only briefly, but we were I was so impressed with James' expertise and sincere helpful nature that we wanted to place our order with James. I also love that this is a family-owned company and that all of your installers are company employees! Looking forward to our new carpet! ~Michelle S.

Made an appointment for this past Friday and had an excellent experience so far with our salesman, Steve Porter. Extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and experienced! He made it very easy for us to want to choose Molyneaux for our new carpet in our 3 bedrooms, closets, living room and hallway! I am confident that the installation process will be just as pleasurable because of Steve and how he described the professionalism of his installation and scheduling team members. From this point on, my husband and I will always choose Molyneaux and recommend it to our family and friends for future flooring purchases!

Purchasing carpet was an excellent experience from start to finish.. In home shopping was a huge help. Everyone I worked with was professional and friendly. I would use Molyneaux again without hesitation.

I contracted with Molyneaux after an exhaustive search of local Cranberry, Pa flooring providers and installers, including looking at thousands of samples at a local contractors supplier organization. I was all but frustrated and likely to delay my project until a relative who had worked with Molyneaux suggested I try one last time. It was suggested that Molyneaux was the 'all in" company that could provide it all and with exceptional people to guide us through. Our project included replacing kitchen floor with Porcelain and all other carpeting on the first floor with engineered wood. Molyneaux was the first and only who had a professional Valerie Hennon visit our home. No others offered that. She helped us through the choices as it related to our actual home interior, not just some ideas in. A showroom. From there, her service, the onsite review and in progress visit by a supervisor who added additional assistance, follow-up by Valerie and others was the type of service I needed. Above all, Nick and Florin , the installers were great, professional, courteous and amazing craftsmen. On several occasions they went above and beyond to give us options, suggestion and extras as we worked through the installation. What we got from Molyneaux was what I expected from a top notch, family oriented service provider. No one else will get my recommendation when Molyneaux is available.
