Another great carpeting job by Steinberger‘s! Living room, hallway, and stairs look amazing. We’ve been using Steinberger‘s for at least 25 years. Their craftsmen are experienced and skilled, willing to answer any questions and make suggestions. They even educate us on different techniques they use. Good quality work! I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else. Eileen C

My husband and I bought Homerwood hardwood flooring from Steinberger and we absolutely love the flooring. They were easy to work with and provided great service!

I had shopped home and low. I was driving by Steinbergers and decided to stop in. Just to really confirm that I wouldn't be able to afford them anyway. I heard from other people that they were high end (if you will) and assumed high prices as well. Working with a ever dwindling budget to replace carpet and put new hardwood floors in my foyer and diningroom I figured why not get a bid from Steinbergers. Best stop I made. I already was set on the hardwood floors and knew exactly what I wanted. I know the carpet I choose is of better quality than what I was looking at and quoted on at the chain stores. The installation took 2 days and the installers we're professional and did a flawless job. It's pretty cool when family and friends ask who installed the floors, I am proud to respond " Steinbergers". Great experience and I know they added a lot of value to my home. Respectfully, G. My home is 8 years old. On the day that I moved in until today every where in the house and the back porch that the bottom of our feet touch is a disaster! Are you asking why? 1. The builders himself is a crook! 2. The owner of this store helped me pick my flooring which the hard wood is still beautiful. However, the owners son was learning that summer of 2008. I cleaned glue up from all over our floor. 3. The house is on a slab. You would think that a flooring company knows how to lay a floor. DONT USE THIS PLACE! THEIR WORK IS TERRIBLE! The wood expands and contracts. You are able to see between the slats of wood. 4. I picked an upgraded carpeting for the master bedroom. Well, that DIDN'T happen. Between the builder and and the owner of Sternberger Flooring are crooked! I guess they figured out I might not notice. Eight years later it looks like hell! How can you trust this man's business?? 5. I am now getting ready to have my shower floor torn out. The grade of the steam shower was totally off so, what did they do? They redid it by putting one floor on top of the other. What do I have now? I have a steam shower that has leaked and damaged all the trim around the linen closet door, inside and out. All trim needs ripped out! The wrong grout was used for a steam shower! What a mess! 6. My outside porch. Another issue with the grading of the porch! When it rains, the rain doesn't drain off of the porch it runs down toward the door! This company does not stand by their work! THE WORST EVER.
