When I walked in....not 1 cart at the entrance. (Figured I could just carry my supplies.) I went to the paint department, waited for abt 15min for someone to come to that department to answer a question for me... no one came. I then, started looking for someone. She was a very nice lady that pointed me in the right direction. Thank goodness for her. Very annoying when you go into a store needing some guidance and it looks like everyone called off that day.

I go there out of convenience. Don't count on getting good prices. I have bought things there , liked them but when I go back to buy another they changed the style and can't get my fixtures to match. Totally get driven crazy by the computer Voice that Blasts throughout the building. Don't know how the employees can stand it. Parking is easy and pretty much flat.

I prefer this store over Home Depot, as they typically have a better selection of items and things seem to be easier to find. However, I just stopped in to buy a furniture item on display, and the only person trying to assist was a trainee. He was doing all he could to locate the item, but none of his coworkers were helping him locate it. We waited for 45 minutes, also trying to look for the item ourselves, but to no avail. We ended up leaving empty-handed. The customer service and other employees walking past just kept talking about when they got off work. We had inquired about the item 3 hours before close.

Love this lowes. Fast checkout. Friendly cashiers. Lots of blooming flowers and big selection of different shrubs and plants to choose from. Better and healthier than home depot.

Fair selection of basic home needs at retail prices. Frequently takes a long time to check-out. Service desk is faster at the DMV. But, when you need something that day, it will do.
