We have used Pat (The Owner) and JR Flooring for many, many years and we have never been disappointed with their service, pricing and follow through. As a Builder, we use them often (pretty much every week) and would not hesitate to recommend them to my family Members as well!

My husband and I were extremely disappointed by the service we received from this company. We had just bought a new home and were looking to tile our kitchen floor. We decided to try JR flooring as we wanted to support the local community. We got an estimate from the owner Pat and he measured 75 sq feet over what my husband had originally measured. My husband was not home when Pat came to measure, just myself and my newborn. I'm sure Pat felt he could easily take advantage of this situation. We ended up getting two more estimates after JR flooring as we knew he was way off and both of the new estimates measured at what we expected. We ended up saving 1300$. When my husband asked Pat about how he came up with that number he simply replied that he may have measured wrong. We actually purchased our tile from them prior to knowing what their company was all about and to top it off as soon as they knew we weren't using them to install the floor the delivery charge for the tile shot up. Furthermore, we ended up having to purchase a bit more tile and the owners wife had the audacity to bill us for shipping of the extra tile we ordered when we went to the warehouse and picked it up!! How can you possibly charge a customer for tile from your store when they pick it up? Extremely disappointed and saddened by these owners. I don't usually do reviews and never want to harm anyone's business, but I do not want anyone else to be taken advantage of as I felt we were.
