Right now all I can say is usually I love the Pottstown Lowe's. Today - not so much. Actually pretty upset since I called to verify the item I wanted was available. Long ride for almost nothing & settled for something else. I'm not happy but I will take into consideration it is a very important day. THANK YOU TO ALL THAT HAVE SERVED!! I PRAISE AND ADMIRE YOU FOR YOUR SACRIFICE!! I REALLY HOPE WE DON'T LET YOU DOWN!!

Employees went out of their way to provide knowledge and make sure we have everything we need for a home project. Extremely satisfied with the customer service received at the paint counter, tool world, and at the register! We went in with a list of what we needed and left with all of the right tools, paint, and stain plus a wealth of knowledge and tips about how to accomplish our project the best way.

My wife and I always had good experiences at this location until tonight. The cashier at the garden center was unbelievable rude and hostile. We were there with our two young children and we didn’t want to make a scene. My wife already spoke to customer personnel. Hope this is just an isolated incident and you will train your staff better.

I often visit the garden center of this location and never had issue with getting help from staffs or customer service until tonight. Our family of four decided to make a trip to pick up a few fruit trees and flowers. Everything was fIne until check out. The cashier who rung us up must had a very bad day so she decided to go out of her way to be nasty with us especially she displayed her rudeness in front of my children. Not only she was being loud almost yelling at me and my husband when we didn’t move our cart close enough for her to scan items (wireless scanner), she belittled my husband when he tried to go over how many items she rung up since we had many little flower pots. My husband kept his composure the whole painful experience since our kids were there. When I settled my kids in the car I went back inside to speak to someone at customer service desk. I hope this isnt how you train your staffs and this is only an isolated incident caused by a very miserable employee.

My wife and I were in this store tonight looking at patio furniture. We found over $2500 in stuff we really liked and asked someone to help us but it was a few minutes to closing and they refused us service. Told us we would have to come back tomorrow. Didn't work for me so I took my business elsewhere. I honestly hate this store thats why I have been ordering all my stuff from the Lowes in Exeter. Just ordered $3000 in Lumber from them last week and they always treat me so well and their delivery driver is amazing.
