All I have to say is WOW! It’s the first time in years that I have walked into a Home Depot and received help without asking. Greg approached me several times asking me if I needed help and did . I was able to get the paint I was looking for after making a difficult decision. I’m so glad I decided not to go to Lowes. I will definitely be back thanks to Greg!!! Thanks for bringing customer service back to Home Depot!

Just waited for about 30 mins to inquire about a higher end mitre saw. Asked an associate to page someone, and she walked to the back never to be seen again. You get better service at the hd on the blvd in philly and that aint saying much.

*** BAD CONSHOHOCKEN EXPERIENCE *** I went to this Home Depot branch this morning (5.21.18) with my little guy for two roller shades. It took a while, but when the shade cutter guy finally shows up he asks me: “what’d you need?” I said: “I need 2 Blackout Roller Shades cut. I have a window space that’s 35in, the rollers will fit inside.” He makes a quick 2-minute-cut, and I ask: “Which mounts do I use?” He hands me two different types of mounts, and says I’ll need both types. I drive home, screw the first mount in, and when I test the shade length I find IT’S OVER A FULL INCH SHORT!!!! I couldn’t even hang it. Not only that, but when I open the mounts, I was given WRONG INSTRUCTIONS! He told me to combine the two types of mounts, but the one set he gave me worked together on their own. He unnecessarily sold me 2 different types of mounts. Quite the inconvenience having to drive a SECOND time to this store with my little 4 year old, because of mistake this this employee made. IF THAT WASN’T ENOUGH, HERE’S THE PART THAT REALLY AGITATED ME… I go to the “Returns” register, and ask to speak to a Manager. I wanted to make the manager aware: THIS SHADE CUTTER EMPLOYEE IS EITHER NOT PAYING ATTENTION OR HE JUST DIDN’T KNOW WHAT HE WAS DOING! This’ll happen to another customer if it isn’t addressed. I didn’t catch her name, but the blonde girl at the register was TRYING to help. I didn’t want to take out my frustrations on her. She gets on the phone requesting a manager (receipt says the store manager was Aaron Wiley at the time), but he was busy with a customer, so she gets on to announce throughout the store: “I need a MOD to returns service, an MOD (Manager on Duty) to returns service” she repeated her phone calls and announcements several times, with no one responding. She asks: “Is it something I can help you with?” I said: “I’d like to make the manager aware, and maybe I should get something for the hassle” She said: “I can give you $10 off” Which really rubbed me wrong…its REALLY not about the money. It’s the principle. THIS IS BAD BUSINESS, I WANT AN AUTHENTIC APOLOGY. TELL ME WHAT YOU’RE GONNA DO TO CORRECT THIS, SO IT DOESN’T HAPPEN IN THE FUTURE. After about 25 minutes, someone finally shows up. NOT TO APOLOGIZE, BUT TO CHALLENGE MY COMPLAINT. He first told me “Uhh…this is actually 35 inches like you asked” I had to pop out my own measuring tape to show him he was wrong. Then he argues that perhaps I wasn’t detailed enough … WHICH PISSED ME OFF EVEN MORE. He then tells me to wait while he goes to cut me some new roller shades for me and after 15 minutes of waiting at the Returns register … he doesn’t return. (its a 2 min job) I realize, I'm not getting an apology from someone who's siding with his employee, arguing against me. So I left. IN CASE YOU DON’T KNOW, LOWES IS RIGHT AROUND THE CORNER FROM THIS HD BRANCH.

Nice store bought some paint but didn't have a common oil tank gauge vial in stock. That's why there's Amazon! Back today for copper ground rod. Can't beat $11. For 8 foot 1/2" copper rod. 100 ft roll of 14 gauge single black wire was double that. Customer service rep was helpful!

Seems fine. Some dude helped me without calling me "big guy" so they are fine in my opinion.
