Bob Wagner did an excellent job from start to finish. I was unfamiliar with this company, but I decided to give them the business because Harry was very responsive and their price was competitive. The installers did an excellent job and floor looks awesome. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality floor at a reasonable price and great customer service

The worse experience I ever had, these people DO NOT CARE! From the minute you walk in, it is the most awkward experience, no one greets you. I tried, I really wanted to do business with them because I live right around the corner, but they never came through. All attempts ended up nowhere. These people are NOT PROFESSIONAL and NOT RELIABLE. Took my info twice, never found it. Promised to call to set up measurements, never did. Not sure why they never wanted to do business with me. I put one star only because it would not allow to post the review unless you select a star.

Bob Wagner's Flooring recently refinished ~2000 sq ft of hardwood flooring in our home. The results are stunning, and I would recommend them on that basis alone. But they were also great to work with. Our contact, Jane, was excellent at keeping me informed, effectively managed the impact of weather delays on our project, and went above and beyond to resolve a complicated appliance reconnection issue. I couldn't be happier.

I have been a customer of Bob Wagner's for many years. They have a great selection and their customer service is top-notch, regardless of who you work with. They will advise as to the correct product for your needs and budget, and their pricing is very good. Most importantly, they are a local company that stands behind their work, so you can always reach someone if you need to. I highly recommend them.

5 star service AND follow through for Bob Wagner's WC! I worked with Harry on a flooring project, and he has such a thorough approach. He also was very timely in responding to my questions and flooring needs. Everyone there are true professionals and were able to provide intellect and expertise that helped me to understand the whole process. I would definitely recommend using Bob Wagner's Flooring if you want to have the job completed start to finish. You can expect beautiful results.
