We had a wonderful experience with Carpet One. Lee (the owner) promised us that he would get our rugs in within two weeks after the purchase of our new home. He said I give you my word that I will get it done for you on the date you need. We were on a very tight time schedule and he was true to his word. They were one of the most professional companies I have ever dealt with and when I left his store I said to my husband that Lee knew/understood exactly what I wanted and that I believed he really would get them in on time. With today’s poor customer service this was the first time in many years I felt like we weren’t just a number. It was like the old days when the local store owner took pride in his business and did everything possible to please his customer and be true to his/her word. He even gave us his personal cell phone number to call him the moment we left the settlement table so he could run to our new home to take measurements and get the rugs ordered. Once the rugs came in to a somewhat local holding warehouse he had a driver go to pick them up since there was no time to ship them to his facility which is usually done. All this extra customer service to ensure the rugs were in before our movers came. The rugs look great and I don’t think a customer could ask for more. To make it an even nicer experience he personally called us the evening of install to thank us for our business and to make sure we were happy with everything. I can’t recommend carpet one enough!

Bill made my life SO easy. Not only did he quickly bring me all options I needed, but he even followed up AFTER I made my selection when he found out a higher quality went on discount after we spoke. It ended up that I saved more money than I budgeted. His crew was respectful and clean and it made this part of my project worry free!

What a great place! The Sales people are very knowledgeable and friendly. Installers were great as well! Very efficient and they even vacuumed!!! Even though I told my wife I did! I would recommend them anytime! They even gave me a lifetime warranty on installing!!!
