Today, Tuesday 4/10/18, my wife and I went to the Butler, Pa Lowes to discuss bathroom cabinetry. The woman in the "design" area there seemed a little pre-occupied with paperwork of some sort and after a minute or so acknowledged our presence and asked what we needed. We told her that we wanted to talk about cabinetry and she told us to go to the back wall in the appliance department, look at what was already in inventory and if we didn't see anything that we wanted, schedule an appointment. I knew that we were going to buy custom so I asked for an appointment and the she couldn't talk to us until Friday. Her demeanor was clipped and I would describe it as rude. It was obvious that were interfering with whatever she was doing. There was nothing in the exchange that approached "can I help you?" or "did you find everything you were looking for?" So, we went to Lezzer Lumber, were greeted by and sat with the associate there and designed our cabinet needs and were provided a quotation. So Lowes, if she's that busy on a weekday, you're understaffed. I will not return for those services again. What is the value of our lost purchase? $3,000 round numbers.
