Lowes can do better. I bought a refrigerator from the scratch and dent. The scratches and dents I expected but not the disgusting food spills. Ketchup and some other unidentifiable substances in both fridge side and freezer. I made a complaint but was told I should have seen the stains before I bought it.

Prices are high on flowers and they are like starters. Everything seams like all the prices are high in the store and quality and section of everything is limited. Sad since there are not that many places to go in this area. The store looks a mess. Everything everywhere a lot of items no prices. And they are discontinuing Kobalt which is there brand. And if you don't buy extended warranties you are screwed. Which eliminates the original warranty. And you are either buying new product because you need it or having to go through the hassle of calling the original company and having to wait. Example I got a battery operated black and decker weed Wacker, first they did not carry extra batteries, I used it six times from less September to this spring. I brought it back with the receipt and without their warranty I had to call black and decker and go through them and it was a pain. Two hundred dollars of plastic sitting there. So I went to by the Kobalt battery weed trimmer no warranty was offered because they are not dealing with them any more. The are going with the Sears brand. So discussed with those place. We need the old fashioned stores back. Not these big box stores. I was we had something local beside this place. A lot of people are ordering product on line from other places because of the poor service, quality, and managers that you can never talk to. They are always at a meeting or lunch.

Well, we have been Lowe's shoppers for years. Last month - Jan 13 exactly - we bought a microwave. We are still waiting for installation. We called the Belle Vernon store and visited. The manager was on lunch break then in a meeting (so they say) but not a single return call from anyone in this store. If you want personalized service, go somewhere else!

I've been in construction my whole life so I've been to a lot of home improvement stores. This is the best home improvement store I've ever been to and I've been coming here for five plus years and never had a bad experience. Management and customer service is top notch. Sometimes I come in the morning and they gather all the employees to have a standing meeting and go over the daily goals, I was impressed by that and I think it shows excellent leadership. The main departments I have dealt with is management, lumber, customer service, plumbing and painting. Those departments are just top notch excellent. The ability to retain such high quality employees with excellent customer service skills is impressive. The employees really make this store shine !

Just had our washer & dryer delivered from this Lowes. We paid them an extra $40 to take our old washer & dryer & we bought the hoses for them to connect our washer. Hubby disconnected our old washer & dryer. All the deliver guys did was load our old washer & dryer & drop off the new washer & dryer. Hubby is attaching everything & setting up the washer & dryer & moving them into place. The delivery guys were extremely lazy. They literally spent more time sitting in their truck when they arrived than they did taking the old washer & dryer & dropping off the new washer & dryer.
