Dealing with Havertown Carpets was a great experience from beginning to end. I needed basement carpet and was trying to look at moderately priced carpet. Harry brought a huge assortment of samples to my house and they all looked higher end. The carpet installation went like clockwork and the job is beautifully done. The men were professional and happy to please. A great place for carpet!

From my visit to the showroom to select a carpet to the vacuuming of my newly installed carpet, this experience definitely deserves a five star rating. Harry was prompt in arriving for the estimate. Beckie was prompt in dealing with the paperwork. The installers were prompt in arriving at the designated time. They were very hard working and very pleasant. I would recommend Havertown Carpet Co. with pleasure!

I called and spoke with Pete. He was on site the next day taking measurements and problem solving a transition issue we had. He had a crew out to do the repairs and install area carpets in two other rooms. One room was a very odd shape so he had his crew cut and bind that carpet on site. It is a perfect fit. The communication from this company is excellent (I stopped using another carpet company because of a lack of communication) All the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Havertown Carpet for all your carpeting needs.

I shopped around at a few other carpet places before I called Havertown Carpet. The salesman that came out was extremely professional. There was no pressure to buy or long talks. He had quality products that fit my budget. The installers were reliable and very hardworking. I now have beautiful floors in my living room and dining room and the carpet on the stairs really gives the room a beautiful finish. Actually I was so impressed with the whole process from start to finish that I called them back to have another room done. I want to thank everyone at Havertown Carpet for such a great job!
