We hired Jeff and Creative Floors because our contractor had used him in the past. They installed wide plank hardwood floors that were pre-finished with Rubio Monocote oil. I found the floors was going to order them myself but Jeff insisted on ordering them because he wanted to be the one we would come to if something wasn't right with the floors. His installer did an overall good job but was not on top of details when it came to running up to the door thresholds and stair riser. We showed Jeff the mistakes that were made but didn't complain and even offered to have it fixed ourselves. I became very frustrated because we were having some issues with the finish of the flooring and he repeatedly put me off saying he would get back to me. We moved into our house October 2017 and I felt I had been more than patient. He refused to answer my husband or my calls or texts. I finally had to bring someone else in to help us out . I found out that in fact our floors were very dry and after they were installed they should have been re-oiled. This step would have prevented many of the problems I have had. Bottom line they are not good at following up and answering or returning calls after the installation. I would never do business with them again.

Jeff's team installed porcelain tiles for our kitchen and powder room floors and backsplash in the kitchen. The quality of the workmanship was mediocre. After the job was completed, I kindly asked Jeff to visit us to talk about the unsatisfactory issues in the project and sent him several pictures. For instance, the team leader chose to use a simple metal separator between the Kitchen (porcelain tiles) - Living Room (hardwood floor) floors but he did not apply the same method for the joint between the Kitchen and Dining Room. Besides, he left a gap larger than T molding base therefore he put a visible wood piece to narrow the gap then used a flat cover for the joint. The result was an ugly, novice job. Jeff responded that he would contact me in a week to visit us and fix the bad joint three weeks ago but I did not hear from him after that! I called him again last week but his employee said that he left the store after putting me on hold. Even though I left a message for him to call me back, he has not called me back until now. Shortly, based on our experience, Jeff is an inconsiderate business owner who does not stand behind his service.

Jeff and Lisa(owners) couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. I had initially thought to go with Lowes or Bob Wagners. I'm so glad I decided to go with them. It pays to go with a family run business these days to get personalized service because these businesses actually care about you coming back and getting referrals from you. They installed kitchen flooring and carpeting for me. Guy came at scheduled time did a professional job, cleaned up and left.. I highly recommend this business!!

It was a pleasure to work with your company. The men came in asked a few questions about the tile pattern I chose and then got down to business. They got the job done, cleaned up and left me with a beautiful new floor. I can't find an issue with anything they did. Very happy !
