Lowe's usually has everything I need. Staff is friendly and courteous. Store is kept clean. Some items are hard to find but that is to be expected with a large store. Thankfully the staff is trained very well and knows where to find items.

Customer service hasn't improved in the last 4 months we been going there. Today one guy wants to talk to me like I'm 5. And to top it off literally waited for someone to assist me with a simple return the one guy was on the phone. That's cool but this employee NO LIE rather take selfies with this dog that was in the store this young worker was a joke. And there was another girl standing next to him and I finally asked can you please help me. Smh. Disappointed

Our cashier was very helpful and friendly and had us sign up for the rewards card and gave us a number of reasons to do that... that would be useful in our shopping trips to Lowe's. The assistance that you get at Lowe's in our area is much more attentive then at our Home Depot.. We will be spending more time at Lowe's !!

All though I'm a big fan and user of Lowe's, this last visit was for plumbing and piping parts was a disaster. The wrong fittings were in the boxes thus causing us to get home with the wrong parts. We're over 20 minutes away. This totally delays the DYI project. Reaching for a fitting that I know I bought but finding out it was a different size was beyond aggravating.
