This is an outstanding Lowe's location!! Friendly staff, always willing to help. The store is pet friendly, which is a big deal to me. The shelves are always well stocked. If you need to return something there is never a hassle.

Ordered pavers online. Received email stating order was ready for pick up on the following day. However, when we arrived at store chaos ensued. After talking to two different associates we discover that the order has not been pulled and no one can drive a forklift there. My wife and I decide to start hand loading them onto a cart ourselves. When we're almost done a Lowe's employee helps finish up. Our gripe is that when we order online and an email says its ready for pick up we should be able to drive to Lowe's, show them our confirmation of order, and then have it loaded onto our truck in a timely fashion. Unfortunately, this was not what happened. After asking the Lowe's employee that did help us if we could speak to a manager, she said they was busy on the other side of the store. All around a terrible experience and the last time we make the mistake of ordering online and expecting an order to be ready. Poor customer service Lowe's.

I spoke with Randy at the contractors desk regarding a project I am working on. He was a great help in ordering supplies with a lot of input to the project. I personally give Randy and Lowe's 5 stars

Great selection, good prices, amazing staff. ( most of them anyway. ) I always pick Lowes over any other home improvement store! I Always take my dogs in for socializing! Most customers are thrilled to love on them too ! Such a win, win! Although, there is a lady AT CUSTOMER SERVICE who blatantly said " I hate dogs. I just tell people I'm allergic to them. " She had a very ugly attitude with me when I asked for help. (My dog is well behaved.) Management might what to work with her on her customer service skills.
