overall pretty good place to buy Hardware and just about everything in between. The only downfall is a lot of times when you go there and you need help there's not very many employees working or when you do find one they say I don't work in this department let me find somebody who does you might go through that three or four times before you get somebody that knows what they're talking about and they can help you correctly. As far as checking out the registers everybody that works there are great very fast and efficient always in a good mood.

Non-existent customer service. If you like standing around wasting your time waiting for someone to help you or paying high prices then Lowe’s is the place to go. Otherwise shop at Home Depot in nearby Wilkins Township because the service there is light years ahead of this store. Sincerely, this place doesn’t care one bit about customers. I’ve had multiple issues with this store in the past and today was the final straw. I’ll drive the extra 3 miles to Home Depot to spend my money instead. Poorly run store with employees who act like they want nothing to do with helping you. If I could give zero stars I would have.

Unfortunate experience at Lowe’s today. It was unusually crowded on a Friday morning and I took my mother (86) with my daughter (4) yo grab her some mulch. There were no carts in the store so I walked up to the front door to ask or help. I asked a young man named Jermaine was standing talking to the cashiers if he knew where there were any carts (i obviously had my hands full) and he coldly replied “no”. I asked if I had to go to the parking lot to retrieve my own and he laughed saying “I guess”. I had to have my mother watch my daughter as I went out to find a cart. I did report it to the manager Joe who said he was surprised - jermaine is one of his best employees. Well not today Joe- it led to a poor guest experience and one that will make us choose another place to shop in the future.

Good place for lumber, hardware, tools, appliances, electrical supplies, and just about anything else related to building or other projects. The prices are a pretty good too.

Lots of selections, not amply staffed to answer our questions. We waited for 45 minutes in the kitchen section while the employee was with other customers. We flagged down another employee, who couldn't answer our questions and told us to wait for the person that was with other customers. After about an hour, we had to move on. It's great they spend that time with you, but not having about else to answer questions can be frustrating.
