Wost customer service. When in for two doors the two men at the department were talking about how warm Florida is, how the car the one owns is going on it’s last leg. So I went to the isle where the doors are and pressed the button for help, no one comes over. Called the store from inside the store for assistance and no one comes over. Go into another department for help, finally found someone and he tells me if you know what you want write the item number down and we’ll take care of it at the register. So I decide to take a picture of the tag on the item go to the register ask the lady what’s the price? She tells me, I don’t know. So I explain the gentleman who works here, mentioned you will be able to find the price by the item number. Well she didn’t know which number was the item number on the tag. Yes I did get the doors, a 5 minute purchase ended up 30 minutes. For some reason, always happens at the Palmyra Loews. Never, have I had customer service issues at the Lebanon Lowe’s.

Had to return an item that didn't have all the parts. although I'd rather have gotten all the parts on the first visit, it was quick and easy. The staff was friendly and helpful.

This Lowe's is great! They always have what I need in stock and the workers are very friendly. Great gardening selection. They have so many plants to choose from. Prices are great.

2 stars for Loews in Palmyra. And those 2 stars only go towards a product that they carry and can't find elsewhere. Customer service, communications, representation is going to hurt this store very badly. Heads up, I know who you rent your commercial real estate thru (extremely well) and your rude employees need to be taught some better manners. I'm livid after my visit there just now and watching your staff roll their eyes at each other due to people's questions and concerns is not good business. Bad job, seek new employees and/ or train them better. Who is managing this place?!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, very customer service oriented. Worth the drive to come out of the city to be treated like my business is important. I’m big thank you to all the staff members.
