I prefer Lowe's over Home Depot, the stores are cleaner, the staff is helpful and they carry unique items like drapes and shower curtains. Today I purchased two arborvitaes at 75 percent off. Their contractor services have worked on my home replacing a deck and installed gutter guards. All work was done as ordered. I had a project manager I could contact with questions. Received zero percent financing for two years.

Surprised at the detail of some of the specific Hardware they have they do have a lot a little things you used to only be able to find at your mom and pop hardware stores. Just bought a refrigerator from there recently salesperson did well knowledgeable helpful. Help me arrange delivery. If you're buying a larger ticket item through your homework before you go there read your reviews etcetera. The only major drawback is the employees they're nice they're helpful and all that but some of them really have little knowledge in the department they're working but I guess that could be like anywhere in this day in age

This is a clean store with friendly and helpful employees. It has the usual inventory of Lowe's stores. There is abundant parking. The seasonal/floral/garden departments are always decent. We usually find exactly what we're looking for.

I bought a set of blue hawk shelves a few days ago. When I started assembly, I realized a few parts were missing. I called, asking if o could pick up the missing posts and was told, no, I had to disassemble the shelves and bring them back. At the store I got a clerk who answered the phone and helped 2 other people while I waited. She then processed my return and told me I had to get a replacement myself. I'm pretty sure those other shelves are back in inventory

System said they had 3 of something in stock, with an additional 2 on hold. 5 in the system, yet none to be found on the floor. No ship to home service for small items available (or if there is it wasn't offered to me) so in order to get this item I was told I'd have to use the 'in-store pickup' ordering system online and then they'd have to order it. I traveled out of my way to get to this one so I didn't bother doing that to see what the experience would be like. I do see online that I can get 'truck delivery' to my local store for $65, but since it was a $45 pocket size multitool I took a pass on that too. In fairness the store itself was clean and orderly, and the staffer who was helping me went above and beyond to try and find the item for me and got additional help with the customer service team to try and find it. So I'd say don't trust it online when it says 'in-stock', but do call to check because they seem more than happy to assist!
