The self checkout user interface is very bad and needs to be easier to use QUICKLY. That means BIGGER ICONS and BIGGER TEXT. The touchscreen is too far at the edge of the table while the rest of the table is empty. When you scan something, you will hit the screen trying to put something in the bag. *edit, went again a week later. Looks like some things were improved on the self checkout interface, but it still wasn't working as well, because an older guy asked me for help on the next register.

Convenient store and cashiers are nice. The knowledge level of associates in aisle needs improved. They could stock shelves better. Keep parking lot free from litter. Finally stop security from checking receipt when they see you coming from cashier.

Always overcrowded, not enough assistance. There's no such thing as a quick visit because you'll spend at least 30 minutes just at checkout lanes. Everytime I go there I tell myself I would never come back to this location, but it's close to home and sometimes I don't feel like driving out to a different (better) location if I only have to make a small purchase. I'm never going back to this location. Maybe. Hopefully.

Well where should I start? Customer service is ass. No carts available because the store manager decide not to get locks on the carts because they want to be cheap and not spend money to solve the problem with the carts. The only manager that get things done is Johnny. There's a cart pusher name Tori. He is very helpful and always get great customer service from him. they never have someone in there departments.
