Great experience with employees at this location and they did a great job recovering from an issue I experienced with a project they were working on for me. It seems the colleagues at this location are more engaging with customers than Home Depot's competitors. This Home Depot has made a loyal customer and I highly recommend for home projects.

I find the associates at this store extremely helpful, friendly and they really do take time out to explain you stuff and help with the projects we want to do. Even recently we had gone to ask about installing carpet for a certain portion of our house and it was a small work, but they showed us the products, explained well, gave us a rough estimate. Very professional and humble associates.

This store is good, excellent choices. Overall good experience, but the worker on self checkout wasn’t. I don’t want to post anything but he just made me upset. I was buying cabinet knobs, and did self check out, when I was paying computer asked me about job name or company, but if don’t buy there a lot you wouldn’t know to put no there, I didn’t, so I asked him and made reply that I shouldn’t been on the phone while paying, it’s not that I was holding the line, there was any one behind me, and if I know to put no on job name, I would’ve been quick. But his words made me upset after I left the store. I try to be polite with other customers, but there was no line on check out.

It's never too crowded but it's always packed with contractors getting supplies. A great Home Depot to shop at and also get sound advice.

I have been to this store about 8 times since buying a home in the area. I only had one experience where the employees were friendly and helpful. The rest I felt as though I was inconveniencing them, or they made me feel like I was doing something wrong. I would rather wait in line at the Lowes down the street, that doesn't open enough checkouts.
