I would give them less than 1 star if possible. Same as other 2 reviews. They scheduled an appointment and confirmed with an email, no one showed up and no one called. We called them and they said there was no appt scheduled. I wouldn't let them carpet my outhouse if I had one, extremely poor business ethics. I can only imagine the horror of dealing with them in an actual transaction. They get one star for doing us a favor by showing how pathetic they run their business and how thankful I am that we did not do business with them!!!!!

I scheduled 2 times for in home estimates. First time I scheduled they did a no call no show. Wait it gets worse...they called a week later saying they were on there way I said no way I have a bathhroom contractor over now your appt was last week. They hung up. I got a call the following monday and blasted the person who called. She apologised and told me they would give me$250.00 off my bill or whatever would save me more with the 50 50 50 sale. So I re scheduled for today 5/12 first appt, I explained I work 3rd shift and I'll be tired. They said no problem they will be there between 9-11am. At this point it is 12.38pm and I'm eating lunch out with my wife. Another no call no show!!!! I am beyond pissed off. I don't know how they stay in business. I wouldn't even have given a 1 star rating but I couldnt reveiw without rating at all. Sad so SAD😪😪😪

3 appointments scheduled and no one showed up. 1st appointment they call and ask to reschedule as they are running behind. I say that’s fine. Second appointment I wait all day no one shows up no one calls. I call in and cancel the visit fed up with the fact there were 2 no shows in a row. A customer service rep calls me the nexts day and begs me to reconsider and offers $50 off my purchase if I reschedule. I agree. Appointment rescheduled for next day 3-5. 4:15pm no call. I call in to see where he is as I’ve been stood up twice now. They say he will be there soon. Call in at 5 telling them I haven’t seen them nor have I received a call. Rep tries calling every one in the area, no one is picking up their phones. I ask to keep trying and to call me back when she gets a hold of someone. Never even received so much as a call back. I should have listened to the other reviewer. Don’t waste your time with this company.

Horrible experience with our carpet install. Sold us a crappy berber that is already showing signs of wear and poorly installed with visible seams. And customer service is unresponsive. Never again with this outfit.
