I recently purchased a new home and contracted Floors 4 U 2 to put in new hardwood in the entryway, dinning room, and office. I couldn't possibly be any happier with the whole processes. Rich was an excellent salesman, very knowledgeable and not afraid to be honest, even when it hurts his bottom dollar. Randy did an amazing job installing the flooring and he was dead on with his estimates and timelines. Floors 4 U 2 is the epitome of what a small town community business should be. I would not hesitate to use them again if I ever find myself in the market for new flooring again. Great job guys! Thank you!

Visited this establishment not long after it had initially opened to inquire about replacing the carpeting in a vehicle with two of my friends. I was persistently insulted and harassed for simply attempting to upgrade my vehicles interior. I have never experienced such poor customer service. I would not recommend to anyone. ~Edit~ The reason Richard Briggs does not have record of me or my encounter at his shop is very likely because I refused to give Floors 4 U 2 my business after my encounter with Bob Whitmore/Nohe. Years later, I haven't experienced anything similar at Bonitz Carpets & Flooring, Home Depot or any other local establishment that sells flooring material.

Rich had a great showroom with lots of quality choices. He did our great room within 4 days of our order. The crew was on time and professional. We will be using them for hardwood this fall! Highly recommend this place. Our new carpet is beautiful and he was very competitively priced.

Great Experience. Personable and knowledgeable service from the shop to the installers. Had the bathroom and 2 bedrooms done. Really large & high quality selection and competitive pricing. Very flexible with changing install dates due to our schedule. Highly recommended and will use Floors 4 U 2 again.

Just had 3 bedrooms and a hallway done, and I've been SO impressed with Rich, installer Randy, and the company in general, that I've decided to get our great room carpeted. For competitive pricing, outstanding quality of work, promptness, professionalism, friendliness, and accommodation, I don't believe I could have found a better company to do our floors. The way the carpet pattern in the 3 rooms was matched to the hallway carpet was awesome! Plus, I would defy anyone to locate the 5 seams. I would HIGHLY recommend Floors4u2--especially for those living in southern York County or northern Baltimore County. Only wish all businesses were as outstanding as this one.
