As a former employee I rate this store 5 stars. Only because I know a few of the staff and they are always helpful and friendly. Even through the rough times that the retail world can give the dedication to not only their customers but their store and self they have never faltered in the hard times. Thumbs up guys and gals keep up the great work.

I have ordered two microwaves (and 1 stove) from this lowes store in the last 3 months. The microwaves were fine but the microwave installation process is terrible. Both times I could not get the installer to call me to set up an appointment to get it installed. The first time I finally had to call and speak to the manager to get it installed. When the installer finally came to install it he blamed it all on the store. I just called the store again today about the installation and it appears the same problem is happening again. Here we go again. This time I will not wait as long trying to work through the appliance Department you get the installer to call me I will call the manager immediately.

This place is great, I'm in there at least 3 times a week. Folks are always upmost helpful, trying to make sure you have everything for whatever project you're working on.

Twice I've went in the the last month and I have seen 3 cashiers on their cell phones down low so customers can't see.... Totally ignored me until I had to speak to them. It seems as though the customer service has went down hill at this location. There are lots of workers talking to each other, doing their work, but not helping customers, unless customer asked them. I saw this ALL over the store. The one exception was the gentleman in the wheel chair in lighting, I believe... Very helpful, without me asking him for help first.

Disappointed, went into purchase tongue and groove Cedar boards in 8 foot lengths, price has doubled in less than a week for the same exact boards.. went from $7.52 to $15.84 I am just guessing because of Hurricane Michael, whatever it is . Called price gouging...taking advantage of the consumer...shame on big corporate America....
