This is probably the worst hardware store in RI. There are plenty of staff but almost no one offers to help. When you do ask, most of their staff are either rude and/or ignorant of their store products and locations. They also have a terrible lumber selection. I recommend the Lowe's in Warwick, better selection and superior service.

I use to like Lowe’s but not if you want to use your bank card as a Credit card they insist on a pin which I don’t have but that same card works at The Home Depot so I wasted my time stopping in there. For now on I’ll drive on by and do my shopping online (Amazon ) or The Home Depot if I really need. Plus 80% of the staff either have no clue or don’t care. I hate supporting online shopping but I rather not get aggravated going to a store that won’t take a good credit card ! Good Bye Lowe’s

After having a very discouraging experience at the Warwick location Bill in the plumbing department was able to help me find the vanity I was looking for and purchase that day. The Warwick store couldn’t find any in the system and called the cranston store and told me there were none available. I called the Cranston store myself minutes after leaving the Warwick location and Bill located the vanity, held it with my name and I picked it up that night. Everyone in the store was very friendly, there were plenty of staff around to help (which is not always the case at other locations), and I had an overall great experience. Thank you for helping us find the missing piece to our master bathroom!

Excellent customer service. The representative that worked with me was very knowledgeable, informative, kind, and very pleasant. I was very pleased with this encounter.

I bought a plunger for my slow flushing toilet. I pushed on it once and the rubber/plastic stayed pushed in, making it impossible to use. Lowe's customer service they said they don't take back any item that has been inside any type of plumbing. They were polite, which is why I gave 2 stars instead of 1. They told me I need to contact the manufacturer and request a refund. This is poor customer service, and if that is their policy there should be a sign posted in the plumbing department.
